Grievance Redressal
If something has gone wrong, tell us.
Last updated: 26 August 2026. This page covers Aarohan Scholarships, an initiative of Vertis Trust Infrastructure implemented by Tarq Foundation.
What counts as a grievance
A grievance is any complaint about your application, its processing, a decision made about it, a disbursement, or the conduct of the programme, including delays, errors in your recorded details, a rejection you believe was made in error, or a concern about how your data was handled.
How to raise one
Write to aarohan.connect@tarq.org with your application reference number (format AAR-YYYY-NNNNNN), a description of the issue, and any supporting documents. If you do not have a reference number, include the mobile number or email address you applied with.
What happens next
- You will receive an acknowledgement confirming your grievance has been logged.
- The programme team will review the matter against your application record and audit trail.
- You will be informed of the outcome, and of any corrective action taken.
If you are not satisfied
The escalation path beyond the programme team (e.g., to Vertis Trust Infrastructure directly) has not yet been finalised. This is one of the open questions from the programme's planning document and needs a decision before this section can be finalised.
